Since the introduction of Part “P” of the Building Regulations relating to electrical safety in January 2005, electrical work carried out in your home is subject to new rules.

As of 1st April 2006, all of our customers will benefit from a six year insurance backed warranty. This will only apply to work that requires notification under Part “P” of the Building Regulations. This insurance backed warranty will become operational for all domestic installation work notified on or after 1st April 2006. The insurance backed warranty will be issued by the NICEIC with all Building Regulation Compliance Certificate.
